Customers are responsible for using accurate account information, safeguarding portal access, and keeping license keys private.
Recurring XPulse Pro plans renew through Stripe according to the selected billing interval until canceled or otherwise ended.
Customers may cancel future renewal. Unless otherwise stated, access remains available through the end of the paid period.
XPulse access is tied to the customer account and permitted device activations. Sharing, resale, redistribution, or use outside the authorized account is prohibited.
Access may be suspended or revoked for payment failure, abuse, security concerns, unauthorized sharing, or violation of these terms.
Software updates may be made available while a subscription is active. Services may change as the platform evolves.
XPulse software, platform code, branding, and related materials remain the property of their owner. No intellectual property rights transfer to the customer.
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Warranty disclaimers, liability limits, governing law, and dispute terms require legal review before launch.
Updated terms may be published in the future. Historical purchase acceptances are retained with the version accepted at checkout.
