Customers receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use XPulse Pro while authorized by an active license or subscription.
Access is initially limited to one device unless a plan or written agreement allows otherwise.
Customers may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, share license keys, or bypass license controls.
Reverse engineering, decompilation, tampering, or circumvention is prohibited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The software is licensed, not sold. Ownership and intellectual property rights remain with the software owner.
Updates may be provided during active access and may require compatible Quantower and .NET environments.
License rights may end or be suspended if the subscription ends, payment fails beyond grace, or the customer violates the agreement.
